TENANT INFORMATION
APPLYING FOR A PROPERTY
As a tenant you must be able to provide Karylaig Properties with a deposit payment in advance which should be equivalent to one month's rent.
We require a satisfactory reference if available from a previous landlord together with the following:

Proof of identity i.e Driving license or Passport

Proof of residence i.e a utility bill within the last 3 months

A copy of a recent bank statement, payslip or employment contract
Please be advised that we do not accept tenant's under 21 years of age or tenant's with family pets.
Tenant's are advised that all deposits received by us are deposited in a Scottish government approved tenancy deposit protection scheme which, in our case is with MDS-My Deposit Scotland, full details of which will be made available to you within 7 days of your tenancy commencing.
EMERGENCY CONTACT NUMBERS
An emergency is an issue that threatens harm to either persons or property if it is not attended to with minimum delay. Having no hot water for example is NOT an emergency, it is merely an inconvenience.
Our contractors numbers should therefore only be utilised in the event of an emergency out with office hours, as otherwise you will be responsible for meeting the cost of any callout or repair.
